What Does The Bible Say About . . . ?
I’m finding a disturbing element of American Christianity. We’re basing our opinions more on political idealogy than on the Bible.
What does the Bible say? That’s the most important question we can ask about the issues in our lives and in our country.
Think about it. And then study the Bible before you make up your mind–about anything!

Sunday's Baptism!
Baptism is the outward way we show that we have put our faith in Jesus. It’s not what makes us a Christian; it is the way we publicly declare our faith.
Jesus Himself was baptized, and He taught us to baptize His disciples.
We baptized Bryan Harbaugh in the 8:30 service this last Sunday. See the baptism in the video. We have at least one baptism scheduled for this week as well.
If you are ready to be baptized, let either one of our pastors know. We have brochures available in the literature racks (right outside the worship center) giving more details!

Special Called Business Meeting
We anticipate having a special called business meeting on Wednesday evening, June 18, at 6:30 pm in the MAC. Special called business meetings are for a single purpose announced ahead of time.
This meeting will be to call Jorge Cuevas as the pastor of our Spanish Speaking congregation. The Spanish congregation will vote on Sunday, June 15. Assuming that they vote “yes,” we will vote to agree with them.
The picture is a picture of Jorge and his wife Myrna. Jorge is a licensed and ordained Southern Baptist Pastor and a permanent resident of the United States.
It will be a short meeting, so classes will follow right after the business meeting!

Prayer Meeting Online and In Person!
We meet for prayer every Wednesdays at 5:30 pm in conjunction with our Wednesday meal. We also have an online prayer group meeting on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm. You can join prayer meeting via zoom by following this link.
