It's Holy Week . . .
It’s Holy Week, perhaps the most sacred time of the year for our faith. And we don’t have many of them. So think about it, what is Holy Week? What was it like for Jesus and the disciples? How do we think about it today? How should I think about it today–especially if I have doubts!
Think about it.
And let this be a true holy week for you!

"I'm A Servant Girl . . . ."
We normally think of the story of Peter’s denial from the perspective of Peter, but what did it mean for the servant girl who asked, “Aren’t you a disciple of Jesus?”
Our current worship series, “On The Way to the Cross” features Bible characters telling their story. This one was done by ABC member Deriyana Aguila. The entire series is based on John 11-21.
This coming Sunday, we will meet Mary Magdalene, a follower of Jesus who met Him at the empty tomb!
It's Impossible To Overemphasize Easter
Allow me to use some sports metaphors. What the Masters is to the PGA, what the Super Bowl is to the NFL, what the World Series is to MLB, Easter is to Christianity. But that still drastically underestimate the importance of Easter.
All of our faith hung in the balance, and only God knew the outcome. Was Jesus dead and in the grave and never to return? Or was He alive? The answer to that question changes EVERYTHING.

Are Human Rights guaranteed by our constitution? Or by something (or Someone) bigger?
We have never fully understood human rights in our country. Or, if we did, we have failed to fully implement our beliefs.
Where do human rights come from? Who grants them? Who do we extend them to? I am convinced that human rights are more than a Constitutional issue; they are a Biblical issue. We meet for prayer every Wednesdays at 5:30 pm in conjunction with our Wednesday meal. We also have an online prayer group meeting on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm. You can join prayer meeting via zoom by following this link.
