A Quick Note about Finances
January and February have been tough financial months in our church. Our offerings have been down and our expenses have been about normal. We’re not in a crisis, but we don’t want to string any more tough months together.
It’s normal to have down months from time to time, so we don’t panic, but we do these things: (1) We remind ourselves to regularly pray that God will provide for all our needs. (2) We let our members know so they can pray about their own giving. (3) and we watch our expenses carefully.
Thanks! And pray with us that God wil provide!

The "High Holy Days" of our Faith!
Christmas get’s more cultural attention (and is highly important to us), but for believers, Easter is is the “big day!” As one of my neighbors said, Easter is our “Super Bowl” and our “New Year” rolled into one.
Easter celebrates the resurrection of Jesus. And, unlike Christmas, the day we celebrate it is not arbitrary. We don’t know exactly when Jesus was born, but we do know when He rose from the dead!
We invite you to go ahead now and put it on your calendar–it’s on April 5. And plan on attending other Holy Week events as well!

ABC Attender Ben Towell Embarks on Big Journey
Ben Towell is an ABC attender who just this week began hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, a 2650 mile trail that goes from the Mexican border in California to the Canadian border in Washington. The trail varies from just above sea level to a mountain pass that’s over 13,000 feet in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
He has already hiked the Appalachian Trail and written a book about his journey after a painful divorce and a battle with depression.
You are invited to follow along with him as he blogs and vlogs. And, of course, keep him in prayer!

Prayer Meeting Online and In Person!
We meet for prayer every Wednesdays at 5:30 pm in conjunction with our Wednesday meal. We also have an online prayer group meeting on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm. You can join prayer meeting via zoom by following this link.
